All products are made to order with love! Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a little bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Apparel can be machine washed on a cold, delicate cycle - with like colors only. Hang to dry only.

Most all T-Shirts are Unisex sizes. T-Shirts that are specifically for Men only or Women only will be noted in the Product title.

Unisex T-Shirts will have 'Unisex' in the Product title.

For Unisex T-Shirts - Men: You will order your normal T-shirt sizes.

For Unisex T-Shirts - Women: If you prefer a more fitted T-Shirt look when wearing, you may need to size down from your regular shirt size. However, it is best to review the Size Guide for that specific product to make the best decision based on your measurements.

For a compression type of leggings for medium to high-intensity workouts, please refer to the sports leggings. The sports leggings offer compression fabric near the upper part of the leggings to support medium to high-intensity workouts.

The yoga leggings have more of a stretchy, relaxed fit. They provide an unrestrictive type of fit & are great for allowing flexible, light-intensity workout movements. The yoga leggings are not a compression fit/style legging.

*Please note that contact with rough surfaces should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the leggings.

We currently offer U.S. shipping only.

***Order delivery times may be impacted by local/national carrier delays.  Purple Affirmations Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays.***

For U.S. Shipping, total time from order submission to delivery, allow 7-14 days until you receive your order. Shipping speed & price can be impacted by product type and delivery destination.  

The order process can be broken down as follows:  

Total Estimated Time Until You Receive Your Order = Order processing time + Order Fulfillment time + Shipping time. 

For order processing time & fulfillment = Allow 5-7 days for order processing and fulfillment.  This does not include shipping time. Standard shipping, once shipped from the fulfillment center, may include an additional 5-7 days. This is why we estimate 7-14 days until you receive your order.

In some cases, the express shipping option may be available at checkout depending on delivery location.  Allow 1-3 days for express shipping.

Some products in your order may ship separately.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is shipped you will receive an additional email with your order tracking details.

As all products are made to order with love just for you, we are unable to accept or process returns. This also supports sustainability and eliminates textile waste. All Sales Final. No Refunds Issued.

Please ensure you carefully review the size charts before selecting a size for your desired fit of any apparel items.  

If you receive a damaged/broken item, please review our 3-day exchange policy.

While we will evaluate exchange or requests for a broken/damaged item only, we will not accept returns or provide refunds.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken/damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will have 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange due to an item arriving broken.  Damaged items are exchanged for replacement of the same exact item.  If product availability is out of stock at the time of the exchange request, then the customer may be eligible for a refund via a Purple Affirmations Apparel store credit only - in the form of an e-gift card.

Exchanges must be pre-approved via email with an exchange authorization approval code. **If it is determined that you will need to ship your return back, Buyer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item to be exchanged.** 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures via email of the damaged item.

To contact us regarding a broken/damaged item, you can contact us via our Contact Us page on this website. If your exchange is accepted & approved, we will provide you the return address for sending in your item for exchange. 

Purple Affirmations Apparel's fulfillment process provides high quality printed garments & products using the DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing process.  DTG printing involves printing on garments/products using specialized ink jet technology.  DTG inks are eco-friendly.

Our all over print apparel undergoes the sublimation process. This refers to a method in which the dyes are applied to the fabric.

Our fitness/athleisure (leggings, sports bras), dresses & swimsuit products undergo the sublimation process. This refers to method in which the dyes are applied to the fabric. This process is done on material with a white base/white lining. These garments are dyed, cut and hand sewn together during production. It is normal to see some white in these types of garments, sometimes this is more noticeable on darker colored garments. For these products, for the best desired fit & optimum design appearance when worn (to lessen the chance of seeing the white part of the fabric coming through in the design when stretched), we recommend sizing up at least one size, from your normal size. 

This sublimation process does not apply to our DTG (Direct-To-Garment Items - such as T-shirts/Tank Tops/Hoodies/Sweatshirts/Home Décor.

All designs were produced with premium graphic design software for the best printing results.

Design colors my vary slightly from what you see on your computer/mobile device screen, as the color settings on each device may vary.

Design opaqueness may vary per type of apparel product, depending on garment fibers (cotton, polyester, etc.). Certain types of fabric absorbs the DTG ink differently.
