Does Purple Affirmations Apparel accept returns?

Please note the following:

  • As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept or process returns. This also supports sustainability and eliminates textile waste. All Sales Final. No Refunds Issued.
  • If you receive a damaged/broken item, please review our 3-day exchange policy outlined below.
  • Please ensure you carefully review the size charts before selecting a size for your desired fit of any apparel items.

What if my product is broken/damaged?

We have a 3-day exchange policy only on items that may have arrived broken/damaged. 

  • While we will evaluate exchange requests for a broken/damaged item only, we will not accept returns or provide refunds on any other items.  

You will have 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange due to an item arriving broken.  Damaged items are exchanged for replacement of the same exact item.  If product availability is out of stock at the time of the exchange request, then the customer may be eligible for a refund via a Purple Affirmations Apparel store credit only - in the form of an e-gift card.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures via email of the damaged item.

To contact us regarding a broken/damaged item, you can contact us via our Contact Us page on this website. If your exchange is accepted & approved, we will provide you the return address for sending in your item for exchange. 

Exchanges must be pre-approved via email with an exchange authorization approval code before shipping your return item. **Buyer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item to be exchanged.** 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken/damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges.  All items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Exchanges (For Broken/Damaged Items Only)
The fastest way to ensure you get a replacement for a broken item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
